Sybil: Theatre is at its best when it entertains in a way that can’t be done in other art forms. This was theatre at its best. Raw, physical, funny, touching, authentic, magical. This show wove together three brilliant performances in a story that was by turns whimsical and powerful. Outstanding direction by Paige Rattray to create a world where we were taken on a journey through time and space and relationships. Breathless, speechless. Wonderful.

Lea: This is the type of performance that made me fall in love with theatre in the first place. Amazing! Takes me back to Melbourne Theatre in the mid-late 80’s. Small cast, multiple characters, innovative staging, professional and personal commitment to telling the story with every single skill they possessed. These three were always in the moment, always furthering the story, always giving everything of themselves. It was playful, breathless, heart-wrenching, side-splitting. I was in awe of them, the director, and Tamarama for again bringing an amazing interstate show to Sydney. I just read what Sybil wrote, seriously, just then. Same page. I think anyone with an open mind and heart would be swept up by this production. I know that we both wished that we’d seen it earlier in the season, rather than the last night, so we could recommend the hell out of it!
